Lovely bnb with comfortable rooms, Ensuite bathroom and AC. It is an easy walk into town to get all your basics. But the huge bonus here is that the owner, Giovanna, is a wonderful source of local tourism information .... and not just a list of places to see, but contextual history. She is happy to point you in the direction to go on tours, or she is putting together complete tours if you want more guidance.
Cave is an easy train trip from Rome and they have help with transport to/from the train & bnb.

Highly recommend coming out here to see wonderful historic areas with a fraction of the tourists.
